We will again be celebrating the best in the science fiction, fantasy, and horror genres. From July 17 to 19, 2009, visit with some of the creators of its literature, art, and dramatic presentations.
OSFest will be a convention based on the Worldcon™ model, with panel discussions, workshops, and demonstrations on writing, science, your favorite movies and TV shows, costuming, art, and techie stuff. OSFest will also feature gaming, anime, filking, readings, autograph sessions, and dealers in SF/F merchandise, along with a con suite where you can relax and meet other fans, a teens-only lounge, and an art show and auction. In addition, you will be able to show off your costumes in our hall and masquerade costume contests.

Those who attended partook of the pleasures of 1919 Root Beer. The Brewers on our ConCom decided they could do one better. The OSFest 2 con suite will feature true home brewed root beer this year.
