OSFest Is Coming!

What is OSFest?
OSFest is:
The Omaha
Science Fiction and Fantasy Festival.
We're
celebrating the best in the science fiction, fantasy, and horror genres.
From July 11 to 13, 2008, visit with some of the creators of its literature, art,
and dramatic presentations at the Comfort Inn & Suites, 7007 Grover Street, Omaha,
Nebraska.
OSFest will be a convention based on the
Worldcon™
model, with panel
discussions, workshops, and demonstrations on writing, science, your favorite movies
and TV
shows, costuming, art, and techie stuff. OSFest will also feature gaming, anime,
filking, readings, autograph sessions, and dealers in SF/F merchandise,
along with a con suite where you can relax and meet other fans,
a teens-only lounge, and an art show and auction. In addition, you will be able
to show off your
costumes in our hall and masquerade costume contests.
